when you order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, what you bought, and the amount paid.

when you message us: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.

when you order a custom blend: the answers you give on the customize form, including your skin profile, any allergies, and whether you’re pregnant or nursing.

we don’t see or store your card number. payment details go directly to our payment processor.

the custom blend form asks about allergies and pregnancy. we ask because we can’t safely blend oils without knowing — some essential oils aren’t suitable during pregnancy, and a nut allergy rules out several of our carrier oils.

we use these answers for one thing: making your product safely. we don’t use them for marketing, we don’t sell them, and we don’t share them with anyone beyond the services listed below that store your order.

you can ask us to delete this information at any time once your order is complete.

we use a small number of outside services to run the shop. each sees only what it needs:

Snipcart — runs the cart and checkout, and stores your order record including your custom blend answers.

Stripe — handles your payment. they receive your card details directly; we never do.

Formspree — delivers messages sent through our contact page.

Canada Post — receives your name and delivery address so your parcel arrives.

some of these providers are outside Canada, which means your information may be stored or processed in another country and be subject to that country’s laws.

we don’t sell your personal information to anyone.

the cart uses a cookie to remember what you’ve added between pages — without it the shop can’t work.

we don’t run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

we keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes.

contact form messages are kept until they’re dealt with and no longer useful.

you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it. write to us through the contact pageand we’ll respond within 30 days.

if you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
