we currently ship within Canada only. all prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

every esenti product is blended and bottled to order in Steveston Village, BC — nothing sits on a shelf waiting. that means orders take a little longer than mass-produced skincare.

allow 3–7 business days for us to blend your order and get it into the post. custom face oils are mixed individually but take about the same time.

how long it then takes to reach you depends on where in Canada you are — we can’t promise a delivery date, but your tracking number will tell you where things stand.

a flat $10 anywhere in Canada, however much you order. local pickup is free.

shipping charges are non-refundable — see returns & refunds.

you can collect your order from us in Richmond, free of charge. choose pickup at checkout instead of delivery.

we send everything by Canada Post. you’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second one with your tracking number once it ships.

if your order turns up damaged, or the tracking stops moving, get in touch through the contact page with your order number.

we look at these one at a time rather than applying a blanket rule — tell us what happened and we’ll make it right.
